What Makes A Game:

Actions - the activities players can carry out in pursuit of the game's goals (eg, two different types of players)

Rules - the instructions on how the game works (eg, everyone has to run on a certain trigger word)

Goals - the outcomes players try to achieve through their play, whether they be measurable or purely experimental (eg, certain limits put in place)

Objects - the things players use to achieve the game's goals (eg, the weapons and cards in Cluedo or words you say)

Playspace - the space, as defined by rules, in which the game is played (eg, a board or field)

Players - the operators of the game
